Terms & conditions

Delivery policy

All UK orders are dispatched within three working days and usually within one day. There is no minimum order. If, for any reason, items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you with a revised delivery date. Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with estimated delivery time. All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail or courier as appropriate. A fee towards delivery will be charged as follows:

Orders of value £0 - £10 attract a delivery charge of £2.50

Orders of value £10 - £30 attract a delivery charge of £5.00

Orders of value £30 - £60 attract a delivery charge of £7.50

Orders of value £60 - £100 attract a delivery charge of £9.50

Orders over £100 are delivered free.

If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been given at the time that the order was placed, or failure to respond to the calling cards left by the delivery service, the package will be returned to sender. If the customer wishes the order to be resent, they will be asked to pay the further delivery charges.

We recommend that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. This saves customers rearranging deliveries. We do not hold responsibility for packages that have been lost after proof of delivery.

Delayed items

If your item does not arrive within seven days of receipt of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at sales@dorisandalice.co.uk so that we can look into the matter.

Prices

All product prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling, exclude delivery and are subject to change. See above for delivery charges.

Security and Privacy

Our on-line store uses PayPal which allows you to make payments whether you have a PayPal account or not. This system automatically encrypts confidential information meaning you can be assured of security. We also recognise the importance of privacy to our customers and would like you to know that your personal details will not be disclosed, at any time, to any third party. Product description

We aim to describe and illustrate our products correctly. However, due to the variation of print processes, some colours may vary. We may also alter stock and print finishes as we develop our products.

Refund & replacement policy

If you wish to return any of our products please email us at sales@dorisandalice.co.uk within fourteen days of receipt and a full refund will be given provided that the goods are returned unopened, in a new and saleable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges. We suggest that you use appropriate tracking and insurance when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. In the event that the goods are not in saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged items

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and retain the product in its original packaging for return. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as the damaged item has been received by us. In this case, we will reimburse your return postage.

Transaction refusals

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
